WE JUST FIXED OURS YESTERDAY $AVING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN CALL OUT AND REPAIR FEES. ( SMART HUBBY OF MINE) XX
All you have to do is disconnect the power.. lift onto 2 saw horses. Remove the rubber sealed plate at the base( the odd shaped one) and unscrew the drain hose where it meets the front of the washer. :) the coins will drop out (50c yes) we had four in there :(.... Replace bottom panel.. then put back on floor.. switch on and presto FIXED :) Hope this helps some people out there!
