Mend Citroen Saxo VTR Hi Got Key Problem

hi guys ive got a key problem ?

ive just had to get my key re programmed due to ignition just got stuck on ive changed the barrell had a key cut and programmed with key and ive changed the arial but still no joy its still flashing any one got any ideas and also my heaters have stopped working since fitting neew ignition can any one help me its a citreon saxo vtr w reg thanks in advance guys
