Boiler dont always fire up?

we have a vokera linea 28, installed 12/02 serviced regually. BUT sometimes the boiler donot fire up no error is shown, green light is on, pressure good everything as it should be.
We reset boiler and it work straight away this is happening every two or three days would like any help
