Mend Vokera Syntesi 29e Hot Water Runs Cold

Hot Water runs hot then cold?

I have a Vokera Syntesi 29e. When I run hot water it is hot for about 1 litre then it goes cold and doesn't get hot again until about another 3 litres of water has filled the sink making it all luke warm.
