Mend Delonghi ES517 Model Coffee Machine

I have a ES517 model coffee machine, ?

The machine came missing a spout for the steamer so we cannot use it. but more importantly we need instructions to clean it and what tools to remove bits to clean as that also was missing from the box, we have made numerous calls to Delongi and they promise to get back to us but they don't? please help!!!
