Mend Sime 90 Hot Water Running

Combi Boiler Sime90?

Heating working but the hot water running hot cold hot cold. Engineer so far has replaced Thermistor, Plate heat exchanger, ignition board and overheat stat.
Still running hot cold any ideas? Next he says he wants to replace the pump.
