Mend Baxi 80e Boiler Thermostat Heating

Baxi Combi 80e - Hot water Inconsistant?

I have a Baxi Combi 80e. I have an issue that the hot water doesn't run constantly when the tap is on and will turn to cold and then get hot again. The boiler will ignite whilst it's running hot and go out when running cold.

This is actually worse when running the bath tap. Would this be thermostat of some description ?

Hopefully someone can help before I call out an engineer.

Thanks for advice on Google I think I know how to use that !! :-) I wanted to ask a direct question rather than look at the suggestions to resolve the issue because they aren't actually related. Thanks though.
