put the disc that came with the cam into the player and follow the instructions on the screen....if you dont have a disc then wander round the net looking for "drivers" to download for your particular make and model of webcam

it depends on which windows programme u are running. If it is microsoft windows and you have nor received a disc witht he webcam windows should be able to pick up the drivers automatically for your webcam
