Mend Diplomat xz41 Need New Hob

Do I need a new hob?

Only 2 of the rings operate normally on my Diplomat xz41 ceramic hob. Nothing happens at all when the other 2 are turned on. I have tried turning them on individually and all together. Has it had it, or can it be repaired. The hob is nearly 2 years old. Thank you in advance for your help.

check the wiring and linkers in the connection box under the hob first.loose wiring/connections here can cause the fault you are having
