Replacement parts - thermostat Carron Cordon Bleu gas cooker?

The main oven on our Carron Cordon Bleu five de luxe gas cooker does not work. Could it be the thermostat? Anyone know where we can source parts for this great cooker? Thank you.

The t'stat mainly governs the temperature.Tell me whether the crosslightighting jet is working & heating the probe of the safety valve.We can go from there.
You can email me or phone 9 - 5pm on 10643 707076.
The safety valve is no problem & in stock,the crosslighting pilot could be a problem.
