its more likely to be the (fsd) fail safty device when the oven is turned on the flame will be low after 60 seconds the fsd will open and the flame will rise check inside the oven across the flame there should be a bulb shape stat if this is not across the flame the fsd wont open the fsd should be changed by a engineer hope this helps
