Had a Google search that should throw up stuff from most of the usual suspects (espares.co.uk, ransomes.co.uk, etc.) and it looks like that is a very old big cooker and likely no longer supported. The only spare I sould find was one oven element.

Sorry. I know how frustrating it is trying to support relatives who are generally on a tight budget.
