Mend Renault Board Red Light

renault dash board dead but has red light on?

My 2000 2.0l petrol Espace has lost all the info on the dash. It just glows green and has a red 1/4" dia light illuminating at end of cluster, even when car is off and locked. Also lost remote locking but not sure if connected. Any help please.
