Mend SportCraft TX 5.0RC Buzzing Sound Turn

Maintenance of SportCraft TX 5.0RC.....it is making a buzzing sound?

What should I do to my TX 5.0RC treadmill if it is making a buzzing should when I turn it on? Does that mean it needs to be oiled? I bought it off of craig's list so I dont have the user manual so Im nto sure what it means. I run on it everyday so it gets a lot of use.
