How can I fix my Ticity Bendix BTD Tumble dryer ?

The drum in my Tricity Bendix BTD 600 Tumble Dryer will not turn, it is free and turns manually, there is power, and a buzzing sound appears when the timer switch gear tries to operate it. With a slight push the dryer will operate,but, when it stops to go into reverse spin the same problem appears and the dryer will not rotate the drum.

there is a capacitor mounted next to the motor.this starts it up.when they fail or become weak they do what yours does.only rotate if you manually start rotation by pushing the drum.change capacitor and it should work.merry xmas
