Mend Fan Oven House

Fan oven keeps blowing the electrics in the house?

We cleaned the fan oven and now every time we put it on after about a minute it blows all the electrics in the house and stops working. Can it be fixed or is it better to just buy a new one??

When you turn the oven on, Check to see if the fan is going around, if its not the oven will draw too much power and drip RCD (Power).
If not going round, use wire shelf to tap the back of oven, this might free fan (Crude I know but worked for me)
