Mend Neff Oven Electric Appliances

neff oven keeps tripping off the electric when the function selector is tur?

we have a neff oven, and when ever i turn it on with the function selector it trips all the elctrics off in the house , the tempetature selector doesnt make anything trip off , we have tried disconnecting the fan and switching it on and it still trips all the electics off.. any ideas as to what it could be please?
