how can i remove phillips screw?

on replacing oven fan element the phillips screws securing the element wont budge have tried wd can you help pls thanks

Use a strong pointed pliers to grip the head of the screw and slowly turn the screw. WD will assist

result! tried wd40 then considered drilling but instead used a nail punch and hammer angle punch so force is down to left took a while but worked element now in and oven works.
