Unfortunately they are serial numbers not model numbers, if it is possible for you to email a picture of the machine it would help because the problem could be simple or difficult depending on the model, the JA suggests to me it was made in Japan, the machine may need retiming or even a new gear, if you can email a picture it would be great, you have to type my address in as you say it not as you see it because this site does not allow email addresses to be shown, can you tell me the colour of your machine and the amount of stitches it does if you can't email a picture.
