Mend Renault SL17 DCi70 Battery Alternator

How do i rectify this problem on Kangoo SL17 DCi70?

When i turn on the ignition the Battery light does not come on so the battery is not charging.It is not the alternator or the battery,what is the problem and how do i rectify it
