Mend Renault Kangoo 1.4i Charging Battery

How can I fix my alternator on my renault kangoo 1.4i ?

How can I fix the alternator it's voltage output is 12.58v and is still not charging the battery? After 2 the battery runs flat.What can the problem be?

Renault Renault Kangoo 1.4i Vehicles, Vans Renault Charging Battery

The alternator output needs to be in the region of 14.2v when the engine is running and under load - i.e with the headlamps on. Sounds like you need a replacement, so why not ring around a few motor factors to get an exchange price?
