Mend Techonosonic Sound Help Tv Fine

Techonosonic 32" sound, no picture. Help?

I turned my tv on, it started fine on the hdmi channel, I then changed it to TV and then the picture went and wont come back on however there is sound and the remote can change up and down the channels. Any ideas please?
