Mend Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 CDTI Engine Rev

Vans , Vauxhall Vivaro ( heavy start-up )?

I have a Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 CDTI... Before switching off the engine, if I rev the engine for 2-3 times ( 5 seconds ) , it does not start up easily after that... But if I let it down a slope, it starts up easily...
But, If I switch it off without revving the engine, it easily then starts up...
Any suggestions please?
