How to unlock a Philips Magnasonic TV?

A used TV model # 27MT3305/17 was given to my daughter. When turning it on , the screen says "Blocked Autolock by Channel Blocking" It asks for the 4 digit access code. She did not get a remote with the TV and I wonder if it can be unlocked without the remote?
