how to get on somthing when its blocked?

I assume that you mean sites on the WW Web that have been blocked on the network that you are on.

If you are at school then just ask the Network Administrator who will unlock anything that you have a academic needed to view.

However if you are at school and your question is an example of your command of of written English may I suggest that you spend more time on that and less time on the WW Web.
