Mend Fiat Punto Heater Radiator Thermostat

my fiat punto will not blow warm air into car why?

my fiat punto will not blow warm air into the car i have had new radiator,new thermostat, new water pump,when the water gets hot the electric fan comes on and cools it down but the heater in the car only blows cold air in. why wont it blow warm

check the heater change over valve,
get some one to work the hot/cold lever inside the car while you look at the valve under the bonnet located very close to the rear bulkhead on the pipes that go's to the cars internal heater matrix . if this valve is not moving either way possibly seized or check the connection is not loose allowing the cable to slip through
