air lock!. or make sure the expansion bottle is filled to the maximum mark if coolant is to low on these, the heater wont get warm. is the engine getting up to tempreture? you could also try partially blocking the radiator to help it warm up, with some cardboard or similar in front of it. but keep an eye on the temp gauge & take it out again if it gets a bit to warm
