Mend Ferroli Tempra 24 Increasing Pressure Increase

Increasing water pressure in Ferroli Tempra 24?

Hi,
I want to increase the water pressure in my Ferroli boiler (it's at ~0.2 Bar) but not too sure where to connect from the rising main to the unit. I've found a black plastic connector outlet located on the water inlet to the boiler. Do I connect a hose from the rising main to this to increase the pressure?? How/Where do I go about filling the boiler? Any help would be appreciated
