Increasing water pressure?

How do I increase the water pressure in a Saunier Duval Thelia 23? I believe this is done by locating the filing loop, but I don't know where this is?

The filling loop is used to fill the heating system to 1 bar pressure as indicated by the gauge on the boiler. This loop is fitted by the installer and is normally near the boiler on the pipework.
