i have a Glow-worm boiler and have got heating but no hot water downsatirs and no water at all upstairs. i realise i may have frozen pipes. i have tried to increase the pressure on my boiler as it is 0.6 but it is not increasing and still have no hot water.
can i fill my boiler manually? pipes are frozen, so no water, pressure has dropped to 0

Hi im not a plumber but sounds like you need to top up your water in the system, had same thing before and hot water and heating all connected somehow in boiler, there is a fill loop under boiler that need turning on ,then watch pressure build up then turn of (dont fill up to much)

Boiler pressure 0.6 bar has nothing to do with hot water and pressure will not increase if there is no cold water feed to the boiler which will also tie in with no hot water from taps.is your upstairs that cold or have you got a cold header tank in the roof that has frozen up
