Mend GE TFX25PR Water Leaking Left

water leaking from bottom of freezer?

My GE Profile TFX25PR has water puddles underneath the left front of the freezer door. There is a sheet of ice covering the bottom of the freezer. I checked the little drain hole to see if it was blocked, but does not appear to be. Water hose/tube does not appear to be leaking. Any idea what is causing this?
