WT 945 Miele Leaks?

Hi, I've just tried using my sisters Miele WT945 only to return and find the floor covered in water. On operating the machine water pours from the black hose with a grey elbow / T piece inside the square door on the front bottom left corner of the machine. Inside this door is what I think is the fluff filter and this hose that's doing the leaking. I've opened the fluff filter and this looks clean enough, the veins inside this spin freely. Any help greatly received. Best regards, Mark
