Mend Cooper 9651 Strobe Light Flashing

Strobe light won't stop flashing?

I have COOPER Menvier 9651 Burglar Alarm.
For the past many days the stobe light on the box installed outside is flashing.The alarm must have been trigerred but I don't know as it must have happened when there was nobody at home.
I am able to operate(Set & turn Off) the alarm
How to I Stop the light from flashing.
