Mend Ariston MBA33321 Freezer Ice Build

how can i reset the fridge/freezer?

I have an Ariston fridge/freezer MBA33321, the freezer had to be defrosted because there was so much ice build up the door would not shut properly.since then the 2 amber and 1 green light have flashed. Is there a way of resetting it to work?
