Mend Ariston MBA 3832V Fridge Freezer

My Ariston fridge/freezer is completely dead this morning?

We noticed that all the lights had gone off our Ariston fridge/freezer (model no MBA 3832V Type CMO1E) this morning and I found a tea towel had fallen behind the fridge and was on top of the cooling coils (?). We tried changing the fuse but that didn't work. Is there maybe a trip switch and, if so, where? Or is it more serious than that?

Carole, did you find out if there is an internal reset switch or fuse. My sister has same symptoms
