Mend Simpson Encore 756 Washing

trying to fix our Simpson Encore 756?

I'm trying to fix our simpson encore 756 washing machine as we also have issues with a DF error code. Based on an earlier description on how to fix by replacing the water temp sensor, I have opened the back panel and have no idea what this sensor looks like. Can anyone (service technicians included) describe the sensor and what it looks like please.

Make sure power off at wall. Open panel. Temperature sensor is mounted in centre of panel base & the wiring harness from it goes up & plugs onto the PCB at top edge slightly left of centre when you look from behind the machine. Careful when you pull wiring plug off PCB the pins can get damaged easily.
