Bosch Exxcel water on floor. Filters clean, hoses not blocked. Help please?

Hi there. Water on the floor re a Bosch Exxcel condenser tumble dryer. F09 error a week ago no heating, fixed that by opening up the back and pressing the red cutout button which restored hot air. Now the problem is the water is not collecting in the condenser but ending up on the kitchen floor. Fluff filter and main filters have been cleaned so wondered if a blocked hose. I have the side off and I took off and checked the black rubber hose leading up from pump to the condenser box it is not fluffed up. Is the only remainig step an engineer to check the pump or am I missing something? Thanks.
