I don't have any mechanical problem with my washing machine, simpson enduro 751. I just need to know where to exactly put washing powder. Is it on the bottom or to the "tower" in the middle? And what about softener?
Best place for the powder is to sprinkle it around on the clothes. The softener is put in the container on the top of the agitator. Put both the powder & the softener in at the beginning before you start the wash. The softener will remain in the container until the rinse when it will be dispensed in to the rinse water by the spinning action of the bowl.
