blowing injector on 2.5 td movano?

my 02, 2.5 td vauxhall movano is blowing on injector 1, i took it to a garage and they couldnt remove it and told me to leave it as it should seal itself. it hasnt, it is now blowing quite badly and the hot gasses emitting from it have melted a rubber pipe(oil feed pipe???) in front of it. This has caused oil to blow out the hole and cover the engine in oil. nice. the tube is supposed to have a metal tube on the end, but i presume this is still in the top of the engine.
What i need to know is what the melted part is calle so i can replace it and any advice on removing the injector without damaging it. i am prepared to replace it but dont fancy taking the head off to remove pieces of injector.

Remove all traces of carbon build up in and around injector seat, relplace injector copper washer, rubber o ring and anti vibration seal, clean clamp down clamps inside because carbon collects inside and prevents them being correctly torqued down

You could ring Pegasus Engineering, 02476 678518 they sell an Injector Removal Tool for £55 plus £8 postage, it removed the injector without damaging it, and NO need to take all the injector rail off!! and a lot cheaper than going to the garage to get it done......

cheers, gonna order the parts tommorrow, guy at renault says the oil is prob from the rocker gasket having a hole in it. known problem with these engines.

hi mate you can get an o-ring and plastic seal kit from renault they are about £3.00 each iv just done a set worth doing the copper washer at the bottom at the same time hope this helps
