Potterton Lynx 2 fails to ignite?

I have a Potterton 2 combi which has just started to fail to re-ignite on Central heating after running and reaching temp, the ignition board is working and the sparking is there in the heating chamber, but it looks like a temp sensor is holding off the gas. after a few minutes of cooling it then starts normally
