Fault on Pump/Low Pressure - Potterton Performa 30 HE?

Our heating system (Potteron Performa 30 HE) is giving a fault saying 'fault on pump low pressure', which basically means that we have no hot water and central heating. How can this be fixed asap without having to wait for the landlord to finally come round to fix it.
