Mend Line 6 Spider III 150 Power Led Light

I have a spider 3 150 watt stereo head?

and its getting power but no sound....also the led screen is just light up but has blank bars across it.It stopped working after i unplugged it without turning it off because i got jolted.It was plugged in a ungrounded outlet ....If u know or had this problem please help out...Thank you
