how can i get to the pump in my fisher and paykel washing machine?

Bail as much water out as you possibly can by hand using a small jug. Then make sure power is off at wall & tip machine back against the wall as far as you can. Look under at the front right hand side & you will see drain pump. It has a small plastic fan on it to cool it. Try turning the fan part by hand back & forward as sometimes this will be enough to move the blockage & allow pump to spin. If not then you will have to remove the pump & clear the blockage.
