How do I adjust my tappets on my 1997 r reg ford fiesta 1.2 16v zetec?

hello mate get a haynes manual, its all in there.
I think they are hydraulic on 1.25
if they are they dont need adjusting.
You can get an engine additive that calms the noise down.
check the haynes, its an easy job spanner gauges screwdriver if not hydraulic
