Mend Kenmore 790.4635 Door Going Cleaning

Kenmore Range 790.4635* door locked?

the door is locked and shows F9. Range acts like it's going into cleaning cycle but does not get hot. Ends up with F9 and beeping noise that does not go away. Oven still locked. How do we get oven open and what is wrong
