Indesit D63 - Items come out dirty after cycle has finised?

check the seal on the pipe that feeds the top propellor mine had perished and caused similar problems

The cuttlery basket is directly below the propeller which hangs off the top tray. Make sure that you dont have any long e.g. bread knives etc which will stop the propeller from doing a full spin. The best way to prove this is before you close the door to switch the dishwasher on, give the propeller a spin with your hand and see if it will do a full turn.
