how to fit the heater?

h there i got a hoover hnc170-80 and its just blowing out cold heat so i brough the part and it has 4 wires black white red and yellowi have connected them all but i can not seem to find the part for the red so im not sure if thats just a spare but i have to it together and it still seems to spin and not blowing out hot air
