Mend Brandt U29AA WHU Working Stopped Cold

Can I fix my freezer?

my upright freezer, Brandt U29AA WHU, 9 years old, sounds as though it's working okay - but it's stopped being cold inside.
It's not that the door was left open. The motor's buzzing, but the metal bars inside that should be cold just aren't getting cold.
Any ideas?

Hi Caroline,
Possible loss of the refrigerant, blockage in the cooling circuit or your motor is not pumping.
You need an Engineer to tap into the system to determine which.
