Is it repairable or should it be binned??

I have a Beko fridge freezer CDA647FS just since christmas (7 months) and yesterday it started gurgling terribly we also noticed the fridge wasnt keeping aything cold. Its just about room temperature. We turned it up to5 (max) and it stopped after a while but then started again. The fan in the freezer is working but all our food was lost and is defrosted. The compressor is very hot too touch you couldnt keep your hand on it. Is it repairable or should i be looking for a new fridge freezer. ( my lst fridge lasted me 15years only being replased for its bad looks not its performance!!! so this is a bit disappointing.
