Mend Simpson 527 Dry Wash Remain

How can I fix my Simpson Concorde 527 to drain/spin dry ?

My over 10 yr old Simpson Concorde 527 with complete a wash, then remain making a humming noise and not drain the water away before the second rinse or a spin dry cycle. If I do a drip-dry cycle & then turn the dial to 'normal' it will still not do a drain/spin dry cycle
